The Member Engagement Volunteer will support the Sector Growth and Operations Senior Manager and the Membership Officer to engage with and support the members of Volunteering Victoria. This might include contacting members by phone to follow up on questions or concerns they may have with their membership, administrative support with tracking membership data and inputting such data into the Volunteering Victoria CRM system. There may also be an opportunity to assist with the roll out and analysis of Volunteering Victoria’s annual membership survey. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is passionate about volunteering and connecting with people – we’ll support you to learn the rest!

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Essential • Personable and enthusiastic. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of products. • Ability to work independently.

Desirable • Experience in a volunteer involving organisations or as a volunteer. • Experience in a member-based organisation. • An understanding of the volunteering sector context, • Knowledge of and experience working across diverse NFP environments.

Unique skills • Sector and data tracking. • Technical skills (e.g. excel, CRM, statistical analysis, mapping etc).
