The Social Media Manager will create and post thought-provoking content, designed to create an interactive relationship between external stakeholders and the organisation. The candidate will also be required to gather and assess data from platforms to develop further campaigns. • Work closely with our board to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve our organisation's objectives • Develop, organise and post engaging content to social media platforms. • Assist in creating and editing written, video, and photo content for our social media channels • Collaborate with our board to maintain a unified brand voice across all our platforms • Monitor and evaluate trends in social media to maintain relevance • Interact with users and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments • Evaluate analytics and generate reports on key metrics within social media platforms • Assist in the creation and management of a social media marketing/influencer marketing strategy
What you’ll bring to the team: • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms, and/or willingness to learn • Exceptional social listening skills • Very detail-oriented, with impeccable grammar and writing prowess • Aptitude with understanding unique current and future social media trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks • Passion for Netball or team sports • Keen to develop and learn photography • Open to hosting podcasts
