The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Manage and grow the membership base and marketing efforts • Create and manage the membership database • Oversee and manage all membership-related contacts • Record member payments and set up recurring billing • Research and analyze data to identify trends and create strategies to retain members and increase new member acquisition • Increase member engagement through proactive communications • Liaise with management to establish and maintain membership goals • Advise on member retention strategy and implementation • Advise on ways to improve membership satisfaction • Be responsive to member inquiries, complaints, and suggestions • Maintain member profiles, correspondence, and files
What you’ll bring to the team: • Passion for membership sales/management in a non-for-profit organisation • Excellent communications skills (written and oral) • Maintains a positive attitude at all times and a passion to succeed • Ability to professionally represent The Club through personal interactions and phone conversations
