LBL Charitable Foundation Limited, is seeking for a Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the Board and CEO, as well as providing assistance to the general public.

The role will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing administrative support in board meeting with drafting agenda and minutes, scheduled meeting, and reminders.

  • Supporting the CEO and board team to implement governance framework and policies, as well as procedures.

  • Supporting the CEO and board team with monitoring budget and recording financial documentation

  • Providing administrative support, by assisting the CEO and board with business development initiatives, proposal, presentation and general administration tasks.

  • Support creating a positive workplace culture by organising events such as birthdays, or anniversary, and promoting good wellness.

  • Help address any administrative or operational concerns, to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

  • Have excellent skillset and creativity using Canva to create presentations, proposal, film deck, annual reports, newsletters or documents.

  • Have good writing skills to draft annual report, proposal and newsletters
