Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive and evidence-based mental wellness program that is tailored to the needs of our clients.

• Design engaging and interactive workshop sessions and group discussions that facilitate mental health awareness and promote positive mental health.

• Plan and coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and recruitment of participants.

• Document program outcomes and report progress to the charity's management team.

Requirements:

• A professional degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in developing and facilitating mental wellness programs in a clinical or organizational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of clients.
• A deep understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions for mental health.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A passion for mental wellness advocacy and community engagement.
