We are seeking a Volunteer Experience Lead Team member to volunteer their time for The Cancer Support Angels a Not-for-Profit organisation.

As a volunteer we ask for 3-5 hours a week in an ongoing capacity. We have a highly supportive team and are seeking someone willing to spare their time for a wonderful cause.

Key duties include:

• Looking after Pulse Surveys
• Monitor the satisfaction of our Volunteers
• Ability to work with data and reporting
• Look after the Onboarding and Offboarding journey of our Volunteers. -Ad Hoc engagement projects

Skills required: -Experience with Enboarder desirable -Passionate about the Onboarding experience -Leadership skills -Confident with Outlook and Office programs
