Wesley Mission Queensland’s Wheller Gardens Wellbeing Centre is looking for a volunteer to assist at the front reception with organising appointments, general administration duties and to provide a warm and friendly welcoming face to those attending the centre.

With support from paid staff, the Administration Volunteer will assist with tasks such as:

• Greeting clients at reception
• Using a tablet to alert clinicians that a client has arrived
• Making confirmation calls and SMS
• Cleaning of exercise equipment and reception area
• Providing support to our clinicians
• Other general administrative duties
• Following a COVID-19 safe work plan.

Due to the nature of the role, a smart casual presentation is required for the position, and applicants must be over the age of 18.
