Murray SES Unit Admin Officer

Murray SES are looking for a unit admin officer to assist with day to day running of the unit. Admin experience is preferred but not necessary as role specific training will be provided. You will be required to assist the unit management with admin within the unit including:

  • Provide secretariat to all Unit meetings, including action items at any meetings
  • Complete monthly hours reporting including Non-Operational Activity Report (NOAR)
  • Maintain all attendance records (MOVAT: Manage Our Volunteers, Assets & Training)
  • Manage volunteer applications for recognition Awards
  • Support Unit Management roles
  • Support Finance Manager and stand in during absence
  • Commitment to Occupational Safety and Health
