Pacific Lodge Aged Care Centre at Collaroy provides lots of joy to our residents who are well looked after and cared for in our immaculate centre. This role will include:

• Undertaking/assisting our Aged Care Team in activities that are appropriate to the participant and/or group

• Might include listening to music together, facilitating or assisting in arts & crafts and other group activities such as bingo, attending a gardening activity, playing cards or board games or simply sharing a chat over a cup of coffee.

• Maintaining a safe, hygienic and healthy work environment

• Being prompt, courteous and respectful when interacting with residents, families and colleagues.

• Assisting site manager/supervisor with other tasks as directed

• Providing quality customer service

Time commitment:

As agreed to with Centre Manager

Integrity Checks and Mandatory Training:

As this role is working in Aged care volunteers will be required to obtain a Police Check and a NDIS check. We will assist you with this process.

There will be some volunteer mandatory training to complete for this role once you are engaged.
