Video editor - volunteer from home

Coalition for the Protection of Greyhounds

We are all volunteers and we need help across various roles.

Supported by our Content Manager and fellow team members, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your video editing and production skills and creativity in a collaborative environment.

This role is ideal for a social media/audiovisual student or recent graduate, or someone who meets the essential criteria below.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Content Manager to edit videos.
  • Editing short-form social media videos, including creative reels.
  • Editing long-form videos for website, SEO, and YouTube purposes.
  • Maintaining an organised file management system, ensuring easy access to project files, raw footage, and assets.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experiences:

  • Ability to edit and colour grade images using Photoshop and Lightroom. vision to translate it into engaging and compelling video content.
  • Utilising storytelling skills to craft cohesive and impactful narratives through video editing techniques, ensuring the message effectively reaches the target audience.

You would need to be able to commit to a minimum of 3 hours per week.
