About the role CHASE believes that volunteering is a two-way street. We aim to build sought-after enterprise skills in our volunteers, support their personal growth and development and connect them with a network of passionate, driven peers. The Partnerships Executive is responsible for the engagement of new and current key CHASE stakeholders, with a focus on, but not limited to, schools. They will also lead the community engagement team, supporting partnerships with community organisations for the delivery of CHASE’s program.

Core responsibilities

Schools relationship management and communication

  • Oversee and directly engage in communication with our primary stakeholders, the schools (key stakeholders include the Principal, VCE VM Coordinator, Year Level Coordinator, Teachers)
  • Anticipate and problem-solve barriers to facilitate the successful delivery of the CHASE program related to key stakeholders, including working with other internal key program delivery teams
  • Design and develop the implementation of relationships-based strategy, to strengthen and grow CHASE’s network, in conjunction with the executive team and CEO

Community Engagement

  • Support the development and implementation of CHASE’s Community Engagement Strategy
  • Work collaboratively with the Programs team to support Community Organisations participating in the CHASE program
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise with Project Phase relationships with Community Organisations
  • Build and implement strategy to strengthen and grow community reach in conjunction with the executive team and CEO

Relationship management

  • Manage professional relationships with key CHASE stakeholders, including, but not limited to, major donors and local city councils
  • Understand the needs, and design and develop a strategy for engaging with key CHASE stakeholders
  • Work closely with relevant managers at CHASE
