Any new cook(s) will be mentored and assisted by the existing cooks.

The position requires someone who is organised and able to operate in a confined space. Assistance is provided by the sailing crew with the more mundane tasks such as vegetable preparation and cleaning and washing duties. In the beginning the new cook will be assisted with menu planning and provisioning the ship if required. This is an extremely satisfying position providing meals for paying passengers and volunteering crew.
