The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of The Victorian Goalball Association (VGA).

The Victorian Goalball Association (VGA) is a successful recipient of the 2022/2023 City of Boroondara Community Strengthening Grant. Funding has been provided to redevelop VGA's outdated website, to showcase the work of the association and to remove manual processes that limit the capacity of the committee.

VGA is seeking a skilled volunteer with project management experience to assist with managing our project, which is currently behind it's scheduled timeline. This position is an online position that can be completed by someone who is looking for a flexible volunteer opportunity.

Requirements of the position include:

• Attend Working Group meetings
• Utilise knowledge and skills and to meet milestone deadlines
• Good time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and manage conflict
• Intermediate technology skills, ability to use Teams, Google Documents
• Willingness to join the Victorian Goalball Association as a volunteer (for insurance purposes)
• Hold or apply for a Victorian Working with Children's Check linked to the Victorian Goalball Association
