We are looking for suitable Volunteer Visitors interested in assisting us in running a space where a small group of men can come together to sit and talk, feel comfortable, socialise, learn new skills, and strengthen health and well-being. 

Volunteer Visitor hours are available Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 12 noon, and times are negotiated prior to the activity.

Volunteer Visitors follow a COVID-19 safe work plan and are not involved in providing personal care to the people they visit.

Please Note: To help us find you the most rewarding and suitable role, you must complete an online registration form, which will be forwarded to you when you apply. Once we receive your registration, we will send a form to request a copy of your two primary COVID-19 vaccinations and your NDIS Workers Screening Check (which you can apply for through us free of charge). Then, a Wesley Mission Queensland representative will contact you to discuss the role further.
