Key Activities

Supervise shop team and functions to ensure smooth day to day operations

• Oversee and assist to lead the operations of the retail store by directing, co-ordinating and supporting the retail store and team activities
• Provide quality customer service
• Undertake balancing of cash register and counting takings at the end of each shift
• Delegate as required to team to ensure all areas of shop are covered and running smoothly
• Behave in a way that professionally demonstrates TSA values and services at all times to customers, team and all stakeholders
• Be able to successfully open and close the Store; this includes money handling

Support shop team

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Be first point of call for team enquires and incidents whilst on shift
• Escalate and report to Team Leaders and/or Thrift Shop Coordinator on issues, concerns, safety matters as required

Days are negotiable with the Thrift Shop Coordinator.
