Help our Employment Coaches to change lives and empower our participants, as a volunteer with YJN! you will be assisting coaches to facilitate group sessions using your skills and lived experience to ensure participants understand the content and are given the compacity to thrive.

As a volunteer, you will have many opportunities to work with young people and gain skills working in disability, with a supportive team and participants that brighten your day.

Do you have experience working with people with disabilities/disadvantaged backgrounds? Do you have a passion for helping people? Do you thrive in a caring environment? Do you have a few hours to spare each week to help our participants step into the workplace?
