Camp Footloose is a camp provided for children (8-18) living with a form of juvenile arthritis. We provide an incredible opportunity for children and young people to meet other kids with the same condition, to have fun, make new friends and start to gain a sense of control over their lives. And we need your help to make it happen!

As a volunteer, you will join our team of dedicated team leaders and staff to guide participants through a range of exciting activities such as abseiling, flying fox, rock climbing, challenge ropes course and archery. You will also have the same opportunity as the children to learn more about the condition and its management through the health professional and specialist educations sessions that are delivered throughout the week.

We have nursing staff available to assist with medications and other medical matters that may arise, ensuring that both participants and volunteers feel safe and supported at all times.

As a volunteer, you will have the chance to develop and improve a wide range of skills such as leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. If you already have experience in these areas, your skills and knowledge will be invaluable to our event.
