Activities are an integral part of the health and well-being of residents. Daily activities include art and craft, playing board and memory games, concerts, or simply sharing stories over a cuppa.  If you have a special skill, interest or hobby that could be shared as an activity we would love to hear from you.

Tasks involved include: ▪️ Escort residents to and from their rooms to attend activities, functions and church services in-centre ▪️ Assist the lifestyle and activity team to set up activities and with the end of day tidy up ▪️ Encourage residents to take an active part in onsite activities & celebrations - bingo, music, dance, reading, storytelling, craft, movies, indoor bowls, etc ▪️ Encourage residents to engage in friendly conversations with their peers ▪️ Assist with the service of light refreshments and beverages

Requirements: ▪️ No previous experience is needed. ▪️ Good verbal communication skills with diverse residents ▪️ Empathetic, patient and respectful
