In September 2022, Neighbourhood took on a lease of QT in the hope to re-imagine it as a multi-use neighbourhood node that is active every day. QT is supported by volunteer staff from Monday to Friday, but is accessible for Neighbourhood Members to use between 6am and 10pm every day. It is a place where you can work, talk, plan and learn – on your own or together. The Volunteer position of QT Host is paramount to the efficient and daily operations at QT. As the QT Host, you will be the friendly and welcoming front of house greeter for all Hub users, carrying out tasks such as:

• Completing inductions with Hub users
• Supporting and assisting Hub users with facilities including printing, Wi-Fi etc.
• Basic record keeping and administration duties
• Be the ‘go-to’ person for any questions and queries
• Organise morning coffee and tea stations for the Hub
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all community members
• Being part of the wider Neighbourhood team, working together with other volunteers, members, hub users and Neighbourhood staff
