About the Organization: Athenie’s Angels (Aus) Ltd is a newly formed health promotion charity registered with ACNC, dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and well-being for young people ages 13 to 29. Our vision is to create a world in which everyone feels empowered to take care of their mental health and live free from stigma.

We achieve our mission through organized community-based events, educational resources, and research on mental health issues. We also partner with other organizations to advocate for policies that support mental health promotion and awareness.

Responsibilities: • Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls. • Help to develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals. • Provide regular financial updates to the Board of Directors.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in financial management and/or accounting. • Experience working with non-profit organizations and/or serving on a non-profit Board of Directors. • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and drive financial decision-making.
