Role description

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience both for the person you visit as well as yourself and a great way to make a difference for people who may be frail, or people living with dementia at our aged care home in North Turramurra. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the residents you are matched with.

Time required

Ideally you'll be available for one hour each week over 12months or longer. We can be flexible on the week day (Monday to Friday) that suits you.
