About the Program The Hub Library is looking for a volunteer to join our team to keep the library outdoor area neat and tidy.

Key Tasks

• Maintain the outside area in the immediate vicinity of the library
• Removing green rubbish and litter
• Clean outdoor furniture and general garden upkeep

Skills/Knowledge/Personal Qualities

• Enjoy being outside and able to perform general outdoor maintenance
• Ability to relate to a diverse range of people
• Happy to work as part of a team
• Able to follow direction from library staff
• Physically able to fulfil the role

Time Commitment

2 hours per week. Hours between 9.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday negotiable.

Special Requirements

• Department of Human Services (DHS) “Not Prohibited” Working with Children Check (These can be provided for you).
