As Adoptions & Rehabilitation Concierge you will have responsibility for the following activities:

Support the Customer Care team:

• Greet all customers and visitors and assist them as appropriate
• Have a solid understanding of the adoption process to explain how adoptions occur
• Check-in adoptions and confirm contact details
• At the end of an adoption, aid the Customer in retail with selection of relevant products for their animals

To be successful in this role, the volunteer will possess the following necessary skills and attributes:

 

• Be customer centric with a strong desire to proactively assist customers
• Have an interest in animal welfare and training
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic competence in using computers
• Strong demonstration of the RSPCA values and associated behaviours
• Ability to relate effectively and respectfully to a wide variety of people
