Attention all passionate and driven individuals! The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association (SGLBA) is seeking dynamic and dedicated board directors to fill various roles.

As a not-for-profit organisation, the SGLBA relies on the expertise and commitment of our board members to help us achieve our mission of delivering events and activities for members to network and increase business opportunities, maintaining and delivering The Education Fund for the benefit of the LGBTQIA+ community, and advancing economic and social opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ business community in Sydney.

We are currently seeking individuals with experience in the following areas:

• Partnerships and Sponsorships
• Event Management and Promotions
• Marketing
• Business Engagement
• Community Building
• Fundraising

If you have experience in any of these areas and want to make a positive impact in our local community, we encourage you to apply. Board Directors are voluntary positions and successful applicants will be expected to attend monthly board meetings and events, and commit to at least one year of service.
