The primary responsibilities are to establish focus groups and networks to create positive outcomes while assisting with the delivery of affordable inclusive and diverse training. The role requires an enthusiastic person with knowledge and understanding of the Principles and Best practices approaches to Volunteer Management, with a diverse skill set across project management, stakeholder engagement, digital communication and marketing.

Essential skills and experience / Key Selection Criteria ▪ Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills including strong written communication skills. ▪ Excellent digital and online communication skills, including ability to develop and implement plans for digital delivery of project activities. ▪ Experience building and maintaining effective relationship with diverse stakeholders. ▪ Extensive knowledge and commitment to working in a community setting with a focus on the volunteering sector. ▪ Good knowledge of Best Practise in Volunteer Management and 'National Standards for Volunteer Involving Organisations' as designed by Volunteering Australia. ▪ Excellent organisational and administrative skills and an eye for detail ▪ Ability to embrace change and continuous improvement opportunities. ▪ Ability to priorities and meet deadlines. ▪ Proficiency in using ICT including maintaining accurate and timely records.
