At Lovewell Foundation we stand with women who want a better life. We support, encourage, champion and equip women to rebuild their lives. Our women come from a range of vulnerable backgrounds including homelessness, addiction, sex work, domestic violence, long term unemployment, childhood trauma, poverty, and disability. At Lovewell, they are not judged, they are welcomed, respected, empowered and encouraged to become independent. We work with women to undertake training and employment. The Role:

The Fundraising Lead will work alongside the Executive and Management Teams to lead and support strategic fundraising initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with sponsors, donors, the general public, and internal teams.
• Good understanding of fundraising and sponsorship process from development, planning, implemententation to evaluation
• Preferred qualifications in business, marketing, or strong knowledge of fundraising and sales or advertising
• Experience in pitching to sponsors or potential prospects effectively
• Experience in drafting marketing or fundraising materials such as newsletters, reports, and documents
• Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
• Possess personal qualities of integrity, sound judgement, empathy, and respect for individuals.
