Conference / Event Coordinator
Neurological Council of WAAs small not-for-profit, we welcome your expertise and help to make our first hybrid Conference a success by assisting with some or all of these event management functions:
- Contributing to the event management plan and timeline
- Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, speakers, sponsors and the event venue to accommodate all the meeting, sponsor and attendee needs.
- Assisting with securing sponsorship and executing sponsorship benefit activations.
- Maximising marketing for the event to potential sponsors, delegates, exhibitors, and attendees.
- Supporting publicity for the event through press releases, social media campaigns, advertisements, or other methods
- Maintaining our event micro-website that acts as a resource for attendees, a promotional channel, and a conduit for virtual attendance of the event.
- Contracting and liaising with providers of virtual event technology for live streaming, pre-recording, recording, circulation, and sharing
- Assisting with the online registration process and associated enquiries
- Maximising community member engagement and post-event feedback including exploring conference apps
- Preparation, coordination and arrangement of marketing materials for the event such as banners and mini expo stands.
- Documenting process and learnings to assist with future years conferences.
