Here at the Telethon Kids Institute, our mission is to ensure all kids are happy and healthy. Our Discovery Centre is an interactive game play space that introduces the research we do to the future generation of inquisitive minds. All our games and workshops link back to our research and is focused on medical health science.

By volunteering, you will support the different activities offered in and around the Discovery Centre, such as staffing our Discovery Centre, assisting with the school program which includes excursion and incursion events, operating our roaming trolley, and helping with other events.

Volunteer requirements:

• 18 years or over
• Minimum commitment of two hours (1 shift) every fortnight, however you are able to volunteer more often if able
• Be an Australian Citizen or Resident

Volunteers are not required to have a medical or public health background, as you'll learn all about it through engagement and games.
