Role Details:

A Volunteer is required to provide administrative support to the Business Development team with Marketing for Vision Australia’s “Vision Stores”.

The volunteer will be executing projects and campaigns across the digital and print scope of practice. You will also be encouraged to provide feedback and advice as a user on the webshop to enhance the customer journey experience.

Specific Duties:

• Conducting a webshop audit and checking items on the webshop to ensure product images are high quality and free from grammatical errors in product descriptions.

• Inputting product reviews on the webshop from data derived from customer satisfaction surveys.

• Identify any products with common feedback and report these findings to the Business Development team.

• May conduct follow up phone calls to customers and provide courteous customer service in line with marketing campaigns.

• Occasionally support the Marketing Managers with packing and posting promotional material such as calendars, flyers and merchandising material to 3rd party partners, customers and Vision Stores.

• Other tasks as required by the Business Development team in line with business campaigns and strategies.

Time required:

Time Commitment is one day a week from Monday to Friday during Business Hours Only (Preference is for Thursdays; however, days/times are flexible)
