Community Services - Admin Support/Treasurer's Assistant Marine Rescue-INACTIVE 28.6.23

Marine Rescue NSW Central Coast Unit

More than 25 per cent of our members are women and we are committed to reflecting the community we serve, encouraging women, individuals from non-English speaking backgrounds and all ages to join us. This is our mission, 24 hours a day, every day. Members of the boating community can be confident that when they call for help, a professionally trained and equipped Marine Rescue NSW crew will be quickly under way. Our services to the boating community include: • 24/7 emergency Search and Rescue • The State’s only Log On and vessel tracking service for recreational boaters, giving them the confidence of knowing a professional rescue service is keeping watch • Around-the-clock monitoring of marine radio for distress calls from boaters in trouble along the NSW coastline • Boating safety education and advocacy, including boat and jet ski licence and marine radio courses for boaters

A busy 24/7 organisation needs help from those with good administration/bookkeeping skills and who can assist the Treasurer with the day-to-day expenses that are incurred.

To be referred to this role an interview with Volunteering Central Coast is required. You will be contacted soon to arrange a mutually convenient time and place.

You can not apply for this role as it is no longer available.
