About Cancer Council NSW 

Cancer Council NSW (CCNSW) is a community funded and focused not for profit. We are the largest cancer charity in NSW and our point of difference is that we work across every area of every cancer, from research right through to support.

About the role 

This is an exciting volunteer role working on the production and end-to-end delivery of one our major events on the Central Coast NSW. Working with Gemma, one of our talented Community Fundraising Coordinator’s, Stars of Newcastle Event Committee will work together to plan, develop and execute this major community event.

About You 

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation, along with: 

  • Creativity and a ‘can do’ approach to life 
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders in their local networks
  • An interest in events and the not-for-profit sector 
  • Ability to work with others towards a shared goal
