Support The Girls Australia is a non for profit committed to empowering women with self respect, wellbeing and care. We do this by creating safe spaces for women to come to and attend a Bra Gifting Event. We do this within our city communities and we also travel to remote communities and host Rural Bra Gifting Events.

Our warehouses are the guts and heart of what we do. It is where all our donations come into and get sorted, stored and packed for events.

We have an incredible team of volunteers who have been operating with autonomy and know what to do, but with our growth and demand for assistance we now need one person to oversee things.

Your role is to oversee the operations of the warehouse. The role consists of the following:

• Overseeing all incoming donations and outgoing donations
• Maintaining stock control
• Ensuring all electronic reporting is done
• Being proficient at Excel would be an advantage for using our online forms.
• Having event kits ready for Bra Gifting Events - assisted by volunteers
• Having event kits ready for Rural Outreach - assisted by volunteers
• Managing distribution of excess stock
• Ensuring all new volunteers are taken through our OHS safety guide.
• Oversee Corporate Volunteers

Our warehouse operates on a Monday and Thursday from 9.30 - 1.30pm

You will ideally need to have some degree of fitness. Computer literacy would be an advantage. We are looking to moving to Sales Force so if you have experience in this it would be an advantage.
