The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Kevin Heinz GROW.

No particular qualifications are required for this role but we are looking for the following qualities:

• high level people skills
• respect and empathy
• experience working with vulnerable groups is highly favoured but not required
• ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
• an interest in gardening and being outdoors

This position is suitable for volunteers who require little guidance and support.
Kevin Heinze GROW supports vulnerable population groups. Hours are flexible depending on availability. Our operating hours are: Monday-Friday 9am-3pm and Saturday 9am-12.30pm
