The Assistance and Care in Emergency (ACE) Volunteers work in partnership with hospital staff to enhance the comfort and care of patients in the Emergency Department at Frankston and Rosebud Hospital.

ACE Volunteers aim: • To greet and create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors who present to the Emergency Department. • To provide practical support to patients and their attending families, friends and carer. • To engage in conversation and provide companionship with patients, families and friends located in all areas of the department.
