The volunteer may: • provide excellent customer service, information and liaison the event participants, parents and general public of the Bendigo Easter Egg Hunt • be assigned a task for the duration of the shift. Examples include: ticket collecting, distributing paper Easter egg bags, distribute and chocolate egg top ups, customer service and general enquiries, pack up amongst more roles where you can make a difference. • In additional to assigned role, volunteer to assist with set up and/or pack down event materials, equipment within their shift. • complete required data recording tasks to accurately record information about your volunteering activities

The volunteer may: • perform sighted guide techniques to effectively support clients, volunteers or staff to safely navigate their environment • participate in hospitality duties. • support administration tasks and office duties • provide assistance with event related activities by supporting any planning and coordination of approved events (e.g. helping create proposals, finding suitable venues, room layout planning, entertainment schedules/ program, organising facilities such as car parks, security and first aid)
