Administrative Assistant

Gosnell's Womens Health Service

Women’s Health and Wellbeing Services is an organisation supporting all women within the Southeast Metro Area of Perth, Western Australia. We provide support through counselling and health promotion to women and their families. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly volunteer to join our dynamic team who desires to promote the overall wellbeing of women. If you seek to foster self-worth, independence, self-responsibility and health awareness of women in our community, we would love to have you join us.

Tasks/Duties

  • Greeting clients
  • Answering phones
  • Calendar management - booking/cancelling/rescheduling/completing appts.
  • Managing Outlook Inboxes and email correspondence
  • Intake paperwork management and tracking
  • Taking payments/submitting Medicare claim
  • Preparing for groups/workshops

About you:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service and administration/reception is a plus but not required.
  • Genuine passion for promoting the mental health and well-being of women and families.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards others.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
