We have a number of sides from under 8s to under 17s and we are looking to further grow our girls footy footprint. We have 2 beautiful grounds and two pavillions and four changerooms, but want the ovals full of kids. We have 1:1 amazing contacts/relationships with 14 schools in the area and we join AFL Victoria in those schools running programs. The recruitment role involves helping to establish new sides through programs run by AFL Victoria. Involves getting flyers into school programs, working closely with Councils, government grants and service providers and attending assemblies to present to schools. This also allows a pathway into AFL in education of sport and to see real outcomes and benefits of kids playing football.
