Make Great Coffee For A Great Cause

The Brunswick Neighborhood House is looking for volunteers with barista experience who wants to give back to their community and help those struggling with the rising cost of living & everyday groceries.

During the Pop-Up Food Relief Market everyone is welcome to come to our site at 43a De Carle Street, next to Warr Park and for $5 purchase a bag to fill with fresh produce and pantry staples. Anyone who purchases a bag receives a complementary barista made coffee. Which is where you come in!

The Brunswick Neighborhood House has been committed to building a stronger and more inclusive community since 1980; providing community education, training, recreational activities and creating pathways to access supports and services within the community.

Our Volunteer Baristas Need To Be...

  • Comfortable serving coffee unsupervised.
  • Have plenty of experience behind an espresso machine.
  • Experience handling cash and using EFTPOS machines.
  • Be friendly, kind and patient.
  • To come in for an interview and show a demonstration of their skills.
