Administration/Customer service duties

Hervey Bay & District Senior Citizens Club Inc

Our reception volunteers

  • ensure all Club members sign in on entry to building
  • collect/balance money for activities
  • ensuring new memberships are documented
  • receipting monies for bus trips, lucky number, raffles etc
  • making club members feel welcome
  • ensuring kitchen is set up, packed up and kept tidy -must be available Thursday and Fridays

Skills that may be required:

  • Some experience with handling/balancing money is an advantage
  • Not essential but computer skills can be helpful
  • Friendly and happy demeanor
  • Caring and empathic
  • Able to work alone at times

Training is provided and try outs welcome. Free tea/coffee whilst on duty at the Club.
