Audiology Administration Assistant

Mater Volunteers

Our audiology volunteers extend the capacity of staff by providing administrative assistance to the Audiology and Healthy Hearing team.

Duties include:

  • Open and close audiology booths and perform equipment checks

  • Restock forms and consumables

  • Photocopying and printing

  • Filing/Faxing/posting reports

  • Complete tasks associated with current project list e.g. create resources

  • Data collection and data entry

  • Hand out or send questionnaires to patients before their appointment

The current vacancies are: Tuesday 9am-1pm

Volunteers must be able to commit to the same shift weekly for a minimum period of 4 months.

It is a requirement that you are and remain fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please note proof of vaccination (MyGov Medicare Vaccination Certificate or Medical Certificate) will be required as a pre commencement requirement.

All Mater Volunteers receive on boarding and training to ensure you are confident in your role.
