As a Community Services Concierge, you will be the welcoming face of Wesley Mission and have the opportunity to put into your theoretical knowledge into practice.

Tasks & responsibilities

Welcome our guests in a warm, respectful and professional manner

Act as a main point of contact and assist with enquiries from guests visiting the Wesley Mission building in the heart of the CBD

Provide friendly advice and information on all Wesley Mission activities and services

Maintain a sound knowledge of local events and network with other relevant organisations

Ensure that all areas of the Front of House is presentable

Escalate any items that require immediate attention
Knowledge, skills and experience

Ability to handle sensitive information

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional, efficient, responsive and well presented
-
Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable

Maintain a current NSW Working with Children Check
-
Undergo a satisfactory National Criminal History Check

Kind, friendly and patient with the ability lead with empathy and to serve with a smile!
