Key Responsibilities • Welcome students, staff, participants and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner, and provide resources and information as appropriate. • Respond to inquiries: incoming telephone calls and off-the-street walk-ins in a timely manner. • Provide program information. • The data entry of files. • Filing and organising. • Hardcopy document scanning.
Required Skills/Attributes: • Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel • Effective communication skills • The ability to take direction and work as part of a team • The ability to work without close and continuous direct supervision • The ability to communicate effectively with supervisor • The willingness to engage and interact with a broad range of people • The willingness to show respect towards others who are also using the house • The willingness to work alongside others from diverse cultural backgrounds
