Duties include: • reception • greeting customers • answering telephone enquiries • cash handling • minor housekeeping. Volunteers should enjoy working with people and have a polite and friendly manner. On the job training will be provided. Developmental opportunities may also occur for volunteers to be trained as a tour guide for group tours. This is a great opportunity for volunteers to develop their customer service and office administration skills and to meet new people.
