Key tasks and responsibilities

Doorways Administrators use their attention to detail to ensure that all emergency relief items provided are recorded accurately and kept up to date.

They show respect for all through their commitment to maintaining personal privacy and following correct procedure.

Timely communication and completion of work is important in this role when assisting with ordering of material aid items and scheduling volunteer rosters. Volunteers in this role will understand what information the site coordinator needs for accountability of services and activities and prepare the reports to assist with this.

Qualifications and skills Confidence in using a computer, Microsoft office and web based database software is required.

Time required Needs to be available Wednesday and Friday mornings.
