The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of MS Plus Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS).

Would you like to visit an older person in an Aged Care Home and make a real difference in their life? Have you got some time and conversation to share?

"I am seeking a mature male volunteer visitor and to make a new friend. I enjoy chatting about football, local and current affairs, crosswords, music, performing arts and faith. It would make a difference to me to have someone come and visit me, sit in the garden and have a chat" Daniel*

You need to be caring, reliable and be willing to commit to fortnightly connections/ visits for a minimum of 12 months.
