Job Description

Our online filing systems including SharePoint, CANVA and Google Drive needs the skills of an experienced records officer and archivist to:

  • Audit the information that is currently saved in SharePoint files
  • Work closely with our team to ensure our existing information systems provides us with the structure and data we need to perform our duties
  • Analyse our information needs and develop procedures to ensure these requirements are met
  • Develop naming and saving conventions for the team to follow
  • Develop record keeping and storage policies that outline where, how and how long records need to be kept ensuring we meet regulatory requirements.

We would love a volunteer who has:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with information systems and archives.
  • The capacity to get a clear overview of our activities and requirements
  • Outstanding organisation skills.
