Avondale Football Club is dedicated to developing young football players’ skills and talents within a supportive and friendly environment to become emerging and professional footballers.

While the current on-field identity of progressive, attacking football is still being established, the cultural aspects of the club are those of any striving community:

Such an opportunity can only be afforded through the creation and establishment of an outstanding learning environment, one that is conducive to the education and development of everyone who enters ‘our family’ Tasks include but not limited to

• Putting out and bring in Corner Flags and Stretcher
• Put music on to create atmosphere
• Turning on and off Scoreboard
• Double check nets and benches
• Check Match balls are in referee room
• Setting up and packing up Marquee and Cocktail Bar
• Putting away Match balls
• Bins to be wheeled to front gate for emptying
• Greet any VIP guests
• Assist the organisation of any pregame/ half time entertainment
• Manage merchandise stand
• Attend/ manage VIP and Sponsor events
• Other tasks as requested by General Manager
