These informal social gatherings are held every Tuesday for two hours from 10am – 12pm, with the aim to provide guests staying in Perth for cancer treatment with an opportunity to meet and socialise with one another.

Under the guidance of Lodge staff, the main tasks and responsibilities are: • Set up food and beverages provided by catering staff • Engage with guests to create a supportive environment • Develop an understanding of Cancer Council cancer support services • Maintain regular contact with and provide feedback to supervisor • Model healthy lifestyle options, per the catering recommendations of Cancer Council WA • General tidy up after the gathering
