Assist to deliver fun and safe programs and activities Assist in providing an enjoyable experience for all participants Set up and pack up as requested Display enthusiasm, patience and respect to participants Comply with YMCA South Australia’s procedures for safety, training, document control, corrective and preventative action and customer complaints Commitment to YMCA South Australia philosophy in relation to programs Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the Centre’s Emergency Action Plan Other duties as assigned commensurate with skills, experience, and status as a volunteer.

HLTAID009 CPR, YMCA SA Feel Safe Be Safe Training , Deep understanding of person-centred care, individual participant goals and empowerment principles Experience in community setting and not for profit sector, Good research skills, previous experience favourable but not essential.
