The Museum is a not for profit organisation and is seeking a person to undertake the role of Company Secretary.

Tasks include attending monthly committee meetings, recording and writing the minutes and creating agendas. With some training, prepare paperwork for the AGM, record nominations and distribute by email.

Your business background would suit as you learn these processes. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial and a background in administration or business management, currency in Microsoft 365, excellent verbal and written communication, good organisation skills and be able to meet deadlines.

It’s a role best suited to someone who has more than one day a week to attend in person, in Caboolture, however typing the minutes from meetings can be done from home.
